One third maturation is sherry hogsheads and the remainder in American oak, a exquisitely sweet and spicy contribution.
Nose: Greengage plums dipped in honeycomb, the barley supporting an intense organza of tropical pineapple, coconut and honey-drenched gooseberries.
Palate: Honey sweet and vanilla-driven, viscous, buttery, the tropical sweet fruitiness and hints of lemon meringue beautifully balanced with the rush of vanilla cream biscuit and oak. Delicious!
