Aged full term in first-fill ex-bourbon
Nose: Notes of thick vanilla pod, citrus
peels and cinnamon.
Palate: Toffee pennies, dark chocolate,
a touch of warming oak and a subtle
fruity note as it develops.
Finish: Spicier on the finish.
