Tasting notes:
Nose: Dusty, spicy (clove). immediate hits of plum and fresh ripe prunes. There is a lovely dustiness here, and enter the classic Chamarel Christmas
spice notes, in this case clove. Lots of French oak and Moscatel wine notes, figs, jasmine, banana chips, plantain, a Woolworths seed bar, red wine vinegar and pickle.
Palate: The spice comes even more to the forefront on the palate than on the nose, followed by sweetness, dare we say cranberry jelly. A touch
of jasmine and perhaps some rosemary, very long and continues on forever, quite warming, spices for days on end.
