Matured in 1st fill re-charred American oak barrels. Aged on the Philippines island of Negros, which purportedly has the highest rate of “Angels’ Share” evaporation in the world.
Nose: Treacle, cola tonic, a rich raisin stew with layers of vanilla and dark toffee
Palate: Dark chocolate syrup with a hit of espresso results in a mocha mouthwash and a molasses-soaked, charred toast finish.
