Don Papa Aged Rum is distilled in small batches from sugar cane grown on the Philippines island of Negros and aged in American oak barrels for 7 years. Light and fruity on the nose, with sweet tangerines, apricots, plenty of vanilla ice-cream and toffee. Smooth and delicate in the mouth, with loads of vanilla and cinnamon, and hints of raisin and marmalade. Medium-length finish.
