This spirit, distilled through timeless liquor-making techniques, utilises a three grain recipe that infuses generations of southern tradition with the spiciness of northern rye and a touch of malt for smoothness.
Made by blending 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% malt, and fermented with a special, peppery yeast normally used for Saison beer, FEW is hand-crafted through a small batch process in charred oak barrels to age its bourbon whiskey.
Nose: Cinnamon and clove on the nose are backed up by corn sweetness and oak.
Palate: The body is rich, with the sweetness and spice paired nicely.
