This 14 year old was initially matured in bourbon casks before being transferred to charred virgin oak for a finishing period and then bottled as a 1 litre.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Nectarine, caramelised nuts, and spiced dark chocolate, with a good dollop of almond butter.
Palate: Generous helpings of runny honey, alongside home made berry jam, citrus curd, and spicy fudge, a touch of oaky bitterness is balanced by yet more honey.
