Strength: 59% alc/vol
This is made using a blend of two rums produced at the distillery in Jamaica. One of the rums is on the lower end of the ester scale, while the other rum is on the particularly high end of the ester scale.
Rich and powerful. Ripe pear, cherry, pineapple, cut grass, sea salt, almost peat-like smoke. Medicinal and camphorated with ripe banana and pineapple flavours.
Palate: Bold and straightforward. Chocolate, liquorice
tobacco and empyreumatic. Long and unctuous finish with cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa, rum, cedar and macadamia nut.
