Inverroche gins are infused with Cape Fynbos, giving them a very unique character. The Classic is infused with limestone area fynbos.

Tasting notes:
On the nose: Green, almost grassy juniper note amongst a bouquet of soft flowers. Rose-like floral notes emerge on the palate, with more assertive perfumed florals thereafter, and then citrus, exotic and intriguing. The Fynbos becomes key, as it is such an unusual botanical and the overall impact is of a genuinely unique gin.
