The 2016 release of Kilchoman’s Loch Gorm, the Islay distillery’s yearly sherry cask matured single malt. Aged exclusively in Oloroso Sherry butts for around 8 years, this expression blends peat smoke and rich, chocolatey sweetness. Nose: Sweet red apples and red berries along with a hint of sea salt and beach bonfire. Palate: Campfire embers, honey, buttered toast, black pepper and dark chocolate.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Orange and lemon notes, rich smoky peat and cooked fruit.
Palate: Rich chocolate, cinnamon and cloves combined with peat smoke,
long and full bodied with a balance of sweet smoke.
