Laphroaig is one of the world’s most loved Islay single malt whiskies. Matured in ex-bourbon barrels for a minimum of 10 years. This single malt whisky is a full-bodied, smoky gem, with a residual sweetness and a hint of salt amid the seaweedy, peaty characters before a long warming finish. A classic dram.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Phenolic, seaweedy, with a hint of estery, melony, sweetness.
Palate: Continuous gentle waves of dry peat lap upon the tastebuds but are balanced by a sweet malt middle and the most hesitant of vanillas.
Finish: Long and peaty, the shy vanilla now begins to show as the oak adds a certain dryness.
