Building on the huge success of the 12 year old, the 18 year old version of the Singleton of Dufftown is delicious, soft and warming. Great mouthfeel: light to medium body, softly coating the tongue. Soft, inviting, dry and autumnal nose. Sweet, stewed fruits, ripe autumn apples and rich berry fruits. Nuts, dark toffee and gentle mint, rhubarb and apple juice on the palate. The most well-priced 18 year old single malt around.
