A Japanese World Whisky, Mars Maltage Cosmo is a blended malt featuring whisky from the little-known Japanese distillery Shinshu, as well as whiskies from some Scottish distilleries. A big hit when released at the 2015 Tokyo International Bar Show, this is a permanent addition to the fledgling distillery’s range.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Soft vanilla notes up front, joined by sweet red fruit and wood spice.
Palate: Orange oil and chocolate, fresh barley and toasty oak, fresh plum and white grape. Cereals and chocolate biscuits.
