Distilled from 100% malted barley, it’s categorised as a single grain whisky since it was produced in Loch Lomond’s copper continuous Coffey still (had it been produced in a pot still, it would be classified as a single malt). Matured in first fill American Oak casks and then finished for 6 months in the finest hand crafted Mizunara Japanese Oak casks, to elevate the natural flavours in our single grain.

Tasting notes:
The nose on this limited edition single grain whisky combines rose, honeysuckle, blackcurrant and toasted oak. On the palate there is sweet spice character with apple, sandalwood, honey and cinnamon, with a dry, warming oak spice finish.
