Nose: Vanilla, sweet honey, sea-salt and the slightest hint of peat.
Palate: Youthful and oaky with hints of vanilla sweetness, peppery spices and cloves. A touch of nutmeg, some more apple peel and toffee.
Finish: Long, spiced and fruity with plenty of canned fruits.
