Tasting notes:
Nose: Toffee and malted barley dominate the nose with sweet pears, apples and vanilla.
Palate: Fudge-Sweet, combustive, barley-infused chenin blanc. One of the few cask strength expressions that exceeds expectations when a dash of water is added, toffee vanillas are boosted. Taming the explosive mid-palate.
Finish: Short but delicious.
