Ardbeg’s Spectacular release marks the first time the distillery has matured its oily and heavily peated single malt in port casks, it was then married with classic bourbon barrels.

Tasting notes:
These rare port casks were used alongside ex-bourbon barrels, imparting aromas of praline, vetiver, lavender buds and toffee apple on the nose, complemented by notes of eucalyptus, mint choc chip, mossy peat smoke and worn leather.
