To create this expression, Dr. Rachel Barrie matured this heavily peated spirit in a combination of bourbon barrels and virgin oak casks and with a peating level of 45ppm, this one packs a bold flavour profile for sure.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Cinder toffee, BBQ-charred pineapple, dry smoke with a touch of peppercorn.
Palate: Thyme honey, scorched bread, ash, fresh lemon zest, another hint of tropical fruit, lingering smoke and porridge with lots of brown sugar.
