This range of tequila is inspired by the spectacular underground freshwater pools in Mexico’s Yucatan peninsula, known as Cenotes, which were regarded as sacred by the ancient Mayan people.Master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Paez create the Cenote Tequila range using blue agave which has matured for at least 6 years. Following distillation, the Reposado expression spends three months maturing in American oak casks, helping to develop a fruity, creamy sweetness to the distinctive spirit.
