It is a premium blend of single grain and triple-distilled single malt whiskeys, matured in a multi-cask process designed to balance sweetness with robust spice.
While named Double Oak for its use of two primary oak species (American and European), the whiskey undergoes a three-part maturation process:
Initial Maturation: Matured in ex-bourbon casks.
Secondary Finishing (American Oak): A portion is finished in virgin American oak casks, which adds depth and notes of vanilla and caramel.
Secondary Finishing (European Oak): Another portion is finished in NEOC (New Era of Cask) barrels—shaved, toasted, and re-charred (STR) ex-red wine European oak casks from the Bordeaux region of France.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Soft spices, creamy vanilla, fresh-cut grass, and ripe orchard fruits like apple and pear.
