This Highland single malt has been aged in American white oak, followed by a second maturation in Palomino Fino Sherry butts and first-fill bourbon casks. They are then married together in bourbon barrels first, and Tawny Port pipes second, before being bottled at 42% abv.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Exotic fruits, citrus, vanilla pods, treacle toffee and fig cake.
Palate: Madagascan vanilla pods, thick treacle toffee and chocolate truffles, maple syrup, dark chocolate and spiced gingerbread.
