Foxes Bow Whiskey RELEASE 1 is a classic, straight up blended Irish whiskey – aged in bourbon casks and finished in sherry casks and rye casks. It has no added colouring and is non chill filtered.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Aromatic floral notes leading into sweet vanilla and rounded off by toasted wood.
Palate: Robust but deliciously balanced. Beginning with a burst of fruity sherry flavours, followed by a wave of spice and perfectly finished with velvety vanilla sweetness.
The satisfyingly long finish with an infusion of lingering sweet fruit and vanilla will have you coming back for more.
