Nose: Toffee apple, cinnamon soaked apple crumble,nutmeg sprinkled onto syrup flapjacks…apple and allspice.
Palate: Rich caramelised demerara sugar, gentle and mouth-coating, then an explosive maritime mid-palate of Safari dried fruits coated in seasoned salt, then salted toffee and a lingering mouth-watering Oloroso raisin and prune finish.
