Billy has sourced the finest vintage Speyside and Islay Single Malts, then blended with aged GlenAllachie, in pursuit of the perfect balance between peat and rich, fruity character.
The spirit was then laid to rest in premium Spanish sherry casks, wine barriques and virgin oak casks. As time passes, the flavours marry and extract additional characteristics from the wood.
Batch 2 of our 10-year-old is bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.8% ABV, with no colour added and non-chill filtered for maximum flavour.
