Billy has sourced the finest vintage Speyside and Islay Single Malts, then blended with aged GlenAllachie, in pursuit of the perfect balance between peat and rich, fruity character.
The spirit was then laid to rest in premium Spanish sherry casks, wine barriques and virgin oak casks. As time passes, the flavours marry and extract additional characteristics from the wood.
Batch 2 of our 10-year-old is bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.8% ABV, with no colour added and non-chill filtered for maximum flavour.
‘Lang may yer lum reek.’ The old Scottish saying literally meaning ‘long may your chimney smoke’, is a traditional way to wish someone a long, healthy and prosperous life.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Waves of toffee brittle, chocolate-covered raisins and caramelised brown sugar, with notes of grated ginger, cigar box and toasted cinnamon sticks
Palate: Intense notes of coffee and ginger, with mocha, cinnamon and grilled honeycomb, followed by smoked spices, butterscotch and orange peel.
