Initially matured in a First Fill Bourbon cask, this whiskey was then transferred into a French oak Calvados XO cask. This cask had previously held apple brandy for over six years.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Floral, with vanilla and orchard fruits up front.
Palate: Butterscotch, toffee, stewed apple and pears present with notes of pepper and oak spices. Orchard fruits with a hint of spice in a long finish.
