What can we say about this exceptional expression?! Matured in oak casks for a minimum of 21 years, the Glenfarclas 21 year old offers complexity and depth. Enjoy this dram on its own or pair it up with Lindt dark chocolate.
Nose: Sweet vanilla, cake spice and Oloroso sherry, menthol, orange marmalade and a musty, dusty wooded note in the depths.
Palate: Complex, liquorice with sweet orange citrus drenching the barley, then the sweet spice kicks in and leads into the sherried oak and lingering wooded finish.
