Matured on-site in traditional dunnage warehouses using only the finest European oak casks selected from a particular family run Bodega in Spain previously used for the maturation of fine Oloroso sherry.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Rich and complex. Dark chocolate covered raisins, freshly ground Java coffee beans, molasses, with sweet aromas of Turkish delight.
Palate: Rich with initial sweet taste, dark chocolate, candied orange, raisins and sultanas. Followed by peppered notes of butterscotch and burnt brown sugar.
