With the flavours of an ice-cream menu in their minds, Glenmorangie’s whisky creators, Dr Bill Lumsden and Gillian MacDonald, married the Distillery’s first single malt aged in high-vanillin casks with whisky matured in bourbon casks.

Tasting notes:
Nose: A burst of Manuka honey and vanilla, with lemon butter candy, baking raisin bread, candied orange peel, peaches, toffee and a hint of spice.
Palate: The texture is thick, rich and creamy, and is followed by a huge burst of sweet and spicy flavours, brioche, honeycomb, fudge, lemon sherbet, coconut and cinnamon. Hints of toffee popcorn in a long
aftertaste.
