This bold blended malt is made with whiskies from a selection of Highland distilleries, which have been matured in both American oak and Spanish Sherry casks.
Nose: Freshly baked brown bread, vanilla fudge, floral heather and red apple skin.
Palate: Surprisingly sweet at first, with a big slice of lemon drizzle cake up front. It then swiftly develops bold, spicy notes of cinnamon and cracked black pepper, medium length, with honey’d barley and crushed almonds.
