Inverroche Amber is infused with coastal Fynbos (aromatic and spicy), and also undergoes a secondary infusion before bottling giving it the dark amber colour. On the nose, the gin is mellower and a touch more spiced than the other two Inverroche offerings. Rooibos tea, sweet toffee apples and delicate florals lead to a spicy, woody and intriguing finish. Great depth and complexity, along with well balanced botanical intensity makes this a great gin for cocktails. It’s also great for an interesting G & T.
