Description
Kilchoman Distillery has been producing since 2005, and was the first new distillery on Islay in 124 years. One of the very few vertically integrated distilleries in Scotland, Kilchoman is producing some of the best peated malts, with many varied small batch expressions showcasing the excellent spirit matured in a diverse array of casks.
The Sauternes Cask Finish is a combination of thirty 2012 bourbon barrels married in Sauternes wine casks for five months before bottling. 10,000 bottles were released worldwide.
