Meticulous distillation in vintage copper pot stills separates the heads and the tails to leave only the heart, the purest part of the brandy, which is then sealed in the finest French Oak and left for time and the angels. Our Master Distiller then artfully blends various ages to deliver the taste that has come to be known simply as Premium.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Soft with caramel, dark dried fruit, milk chocolate and red berry compote.
Palate: Sweet, stewed stone fruit, nuances of spice.
Finish: Light and sweet with hints of apricot.
