We begin the maturation in ex-bourbon casks, eventually drawing portions destined for four characterful casks: new American oak, quarter casks, PX casks and European Oloroso casks.
Finally, we marry these distinctive liquids together to create a whisky that’s easy to enjoy – but with a complexity that delights.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Forward peat smoke followed quickly by ripe red fruits. ​
Palate: Sweet at first, followed by peat smoke and dashes of ash and seaweed, long finish with lingering floral notes. Touches of marzipan and lime. ​
