The spirit has been matured in three types of American oak casks, managed by our onsite cooperage. Michael Henry then marries the cask together before a final finish in Virgin American oak. Working with Michael Henry once again has been an incredible experience. I know that both golfers and whisky fans will love that we’ve been able to produce. Bottled non chill-filtered and at 46% ABV.

Tasting notes:
The vibrant palette of peach and pear is enhanced by using specially selected spirit distilled from our wine yeast fermentations. Creamy vanilla oak and maple syrup adding a background sweetness before subtle peat smoke emerges giving a balance to the finish.
