The Lumina expression is made with whisky aged in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, as well as hogsheads. While sherry is a major influence, it’s a much more vanilla and toffee-focused dram.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Poached pear and stewed apples, with a kick of black pepper underneath. Some treacle tart notes, too.
Palate: Caramelised nuts dusted with cinnamon, a whiff of waxy peels, guava, fizzy oak and ground nutmeg.
