Distilled from Colombar grapes, it was aged for three years in an ex-red-wine cask and finished for 12 months in a new oak cask from Nadalie Tonnellerie in France. Limited to 402 bottles. Non-chill filtered and free of additives, bottled at 40% ABV.

Tasting notes:
The Base: Distilled entirely from Colombar grapes, which typically impart vibrant, crisp fruit notes and a clean, aromatic grape character.
The First Maturation: Spent three years in an ex-red-wine cask. This introduces rich, sun-ripened red fruit undertones, subtle tannins, and a deeper complexity than traditional brandy casks.
Spent 12 months in a new oak cask from Nadalié Tonnellerie in France. This imparts prominent wood-driven characteristics, including warm baking spices, structured oak, and smooth vanilla.
