The Elements Series from Tel Aviv’s Milk & Honey Distillery is a range of single malt whiskies exploring the variety of flavours that different types of casks can impart. This particular expression was drawn from a combination of bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.

Tasting notes:
Robust aromas of red fruits, sweet malt, marshmallows and hints of tobacco fill the nose. The palate offers notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, tobacco and gentle oak spice that linger in the finish.
