Following the Rare Cask creation, the rest of the sherry cask was bottled as a single cask. Balnced and luxurious this rum shows how exceptional Penny Blue sherry single casks can be, with only 138 bottles on this run!

Tasting notes:
Nose: Ripe fruits, prunes, cherries and sweet grapes, almond paste, marzipan, patisserie notes and marmalade.
Palate: Sweetly balanced with the ripe fruits, patisserie flavours and treacle sugar coat the tongue.
