Anejo mezcal produced for the Se Busca range, which was named as a tribute to the woman that fought in the Mexican revolution. Sitting at the top of the range, this expression boasts heavy oak influence, and ought to be excellent for sipping neat. Aged for just over 1 year in oak casks.

Soft smoke arrives first, joined by salted caramel, roasted bell pepper, tobacco, cumin and vanilla pod.
