Type: Blended Malt
Strength: 43% alc/vol
Initially matured in a duo of bourbon and sherry casks, it is then transferred to Japanese Mizanura oak for a finishing period before bottling at 43% ABV.
Nose: Stewed stone fruit and red berries, with creamy oak and mint dark chocolate, fresh cut grass.
Palate: Lemon curd and citrus peel lead into oak char, chai spices.
Finish: Toasty oak and underripe red fruit linger.
