Strength: 43% alc/vol
A world whisky marriage of 50% malt and 50% grain whisky, it’s first matured in ex-bourbon casks before a finishing period in Japanese Mizunara oak.
Nose: Briny, herbal, all spice and nuances of smoke.
Palate: light, briney with loads of cinnamon, packs a punch with all spice.
Finish: Extremely salty with hints of citrus and dark dried fruit. A very unique Japanese whisky indeed.
