The outcome of a minimum of 12 years maturation in exclusively first fill, flame-charred bourbon casks. Triple distilled and 100% single malt. Crafted from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley. An outstanding award-winner, picking up gold medals from Ireland to USA and everywhere in between.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Sweet spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon and even a tincture of clove. All balanced with apples and pears, some charred wood and freshly cut hay.
Palate: Sweet with vanilla, bolstered by black peppercorns, reluctantly giving way to a succulent fruity mid-section. A lingering succulent flavour finish of barley and oak. A touch of creamy dairy fudge and dark chocolate.
