The Harvest from The Irishman whiskey range is built using a recipe of 70% single malt and 30% single pot still whiskeys, all made with Irish barley and all triple distilled. It’s matured in American oak bourbon barrels.

Tasting notes:
Aromas of white pepper, green apples, pears, zesty spices and citrus fill the nose, complemented by notes of ripe fruits, vanilla, butterscotch, toffee, cracked peppercorns, nutmeg and clove throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
