Matured for 21 years including some time finishing in a Manzanilla sherry cask. This dry style of sherry is quite different to the bigger and richer styles you usually find associated with whisky, and the casks add extra citrus and spice notes to the distillery’s weighty spirit.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Hints of dried fruit, pears, citrus, toffee, spiced orange, leather and oak.
Palate: Dry and slightly oily, citrus and dried fruit notes, hints of coffee and bitter chocolate, rich oak and subtle vanilla with an orange spice
