The Grain of Truth is a 50% wheat and 50% barley based grain whisky that was matured initially in ex-bourbon casks and then finished in Oloroso sherry casks.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Creamy vanilla, honeyed malt and citrus peels lead with eucalyptus and a hint of fennel.
Palate: Gingersnaps, tropical fruits and earthy rhubarb combine with toffee and hazelnuts, lasting bittersweet notes of grapefruit and oak spice.
