This brandy has been double distilled in an old copper pot-still which was originally used at Oude Molen and was matured in selected 225 litre French oak barrels for 10 years at Blaauwklippen’s wine estate in Stellenbosch. The pot-stilled spirit is derived from Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin Blanc wines. Complex and rare, it draws you in with wafts of attractive vanilla and spicy cloves, while the palate offers opulent fruit flavours. Pairs fantastically well with either with cheese or chocolate.
