Made with a heavily roasted ‘chocolate’ malt, as well as spirit from the original maltings.
Complex nose, with aromas of rich fruit, honey, marmalade, maple, Sherry, sweet oak and spice. Silky-smooth body and the palate offers lots of fruit and lively spice, with dark chocolate, vanilla and a hint of leather. The finish is spicy and medium in length. An excellent innovation.
