This whisky is drawn from seven different types of cask. There’s American white oak, and six other French oaks, Limousin, Troncais, Allier, Vosges, Jupilles, and Les Bertranges.

Tasting notes:
Nose: Nutmeg, strawberry jam on toast, Brazil nuts.
Palate: Lemon peel, sawdust, apricot and cooked peach.
Finish: Heavy vanilla. A hint of smoke develops.
