Description
Kilchoman Distillery has been producing since 2005, and was the first new distillery on Islay in 124 years. One of the very few vertically integrated distilleries in Scotland, Kilchoman is producing some of the best peated malts, with many varied small batch expressions showcasing the excellent spirit matured in a diverse array of casks.
Bottled in 2017, this is the seventh edition of 100% Islay and it has been matured in a combination of fresh and refill bourbon barrels for a total of 7 years.
